Back on track for weightloss

 

 

 

 

Yea I know how many times have you heard that right?  Yeap well I’ve started over once again and this time I am aiming to not just lose weight but just become healthier. I’ve given up on looking at that dreadful scale because the more I look at it and threaten it the more unmotivated it makes me!  I know I’m not the only one that feels that way (ahem) lol. While watching all these celebrities drop weight so fast I often times wonder why can’t I lose it that fast?  But the answer is simple I live in a world where I don’t have the conveniences of training with the million dollar trainer or having someone to cook and prepare all my meals. *sigh* One day that could happen but for now I am on my own. I have figured out the best way for me to go is to just make smarter decisions about what I eat and get off my butt everyday and do something active! Whether walking or heading to the gym to workout I must get my body moving!   We all have some setbacks but don’t let those setbacks keep you from being the best you that you can be!  Now I’m off to get this body in shape!
